I haven't honestly been to any Applebee's location in years. It's probably because the last time I did, I didn't have the greatest dining experience. But, we needed some place quick to stop and eat so we decided to go to this location. I was really surprised at how busy it was on a Friday afternoon, before happy hour. There were no tables available, so we decided to grab a recently emptied a spot at the bar. The bartender, Melonie, greeted us immediately and indicated that she would be right there to clean what the other customers had left. As we looked over the menu, she told us about drink specials, including a $1 drink called a Vampire. Yes, I said $1. She offered us a small sample. It was quite yummy, so we ordered two. I expected a shot size drink, but what she came back with was a full size glass. We ordered to lunch combos which arrived in a fairly timely manner. Unfortunately the same was not true for a couple of other customers that were sitting nearby us. To my surprise, everything was good. My only complaints would be that the bread on the Clubhouse grilled sandwich was overdone and the French onion soup had not placed under the broiler, so the cheese was not browned. Also, there was not enough broth in the soup bowl so the majority of it was sucked up by the bread inside.

My boyfriend and I came here tonight (On a Monday Night) to get dinner and watch the game. Being one of the closest bars to our home, it only made sense to check them out. Plus, this location offers Police discounts at 50% off so we figured we could get a pretty good meal for the low.
There was no wait and we were allowed to sit at the bar for better access to the TV's. After being sat, we quickly noticed a few things that were less than satisfactory. First, there was a huge pile of dishes piled up on the bar. Next to our seats were a few empty drinks and trash. While sitting at the bar, we had a clear view of the floor behind the bar which was filthy also.
Seeing these sights spoiled our appetites. The first waitress who had spoke to us after we sat down had disappeared shortly after seating us. A different waitress came about 10 minutes later saying that she "Guessed she'll be our waitress". After my boyfriend pointed out the pile of dishes and filthy conditions. She apologized and asked a fellow employee to clear them away. This employee replied "No!" At this point we realized there was no point in trying to dine there. We left and came to Outback a few miles away. This is the 4th time we've attempted patronizing this location of Applebees. Something's got to give! -

Everytime I randomly visit this location I'm reminded why I don't come. Food is never consistent, and it just always feels like people just show up here and walk around and people watch. Never truly showing up to work. Service and food is the bare minimum at best.
This location needs better management. No one really cares, they just show up! Just because the food is affordable doesn't mean it should be trash. Wish I could give it zero stars. This location always makes me second guest patronising Applebee's as a whole. Never confident that I'd have a good time. Please do better. -

It still boggles my mind how this place is still in business. I'm ONLY here, again because of a gift card. Tried to place an order online but it wouldn't take gift cards online. So anyway, I had to place an order by going into this joint and I really didn't want to be in here.
Waited for 10 minutes before anyone took my order and waited for another 20 for my order. There was some door alarm that kept going off that sounded like a bird being crushed.
I played it safe and ordered appetizers... won ton chicken tacos that were surprisingly good and chicken quesadillas that were about the same as Taco Bell's version.
I avoid this place as a matter of principle because I don't like corporate restaurant chains. However, I don't want a gift card to go to waste and that's the only reason I will ever go to Applebee's again. -

Went to this location on Sunday afternoon and can say without a doubt it was the worse service I have ever had. Restaurant seemed under staffed but still no excuse for sitting at table 40 minutes without a waitress ever showing up. We left and I will not return.
